An Easy Way to Help Support Your Troops

Apparently, military families stationed overseas can use expired coupons in their commissary's (military grocery stores) for up to six months after the expiration date.  Now that it's the end of the month, look through your coupon stash, find all those expired coupons and ship them to the troops!

Coupons that can be accepted:
You can send only MANUFACTURER'S COUPONS, no store coupons
Do not send any that are over 30 days expired.

Sorting the coupons:
The coupons need to be sorted into FOOD and NON-FOOD and put into separate ziplock style baggies.  Label the bags with pen or marker

Where to send them:
If you know a military family personally you could send your coupons directly to them, if not, there is a list on THIS website just scroll down towards the bottom.  Keep in mind that it can sometimes take many weeks for mail you send to arrive at its destination when mailing it overseas so try to send them as early as possible.
